You may also notice some slight swelling, both are normal and should subside after 1 to 2 hours and will normally diminish within the same day or 24 hours. You may see slight redness after 24 hours but only in minimal areas or spots. After 24 hours, use a gentle cleanser to cleanse the face for the following 72 hours and gently dry the treated skin. Microneedling can be done every 4-6 weeks.
  • Who should avoid this treatment?
Pregnant women, individuals with certain medications for acne, persons with active infections, impaired immune systems, and those prone to keloids should avoid microneedling.
  • What is the required recovery time post-treatment?
Recovery may take up to 2 or 3 days depending on the extent of the treatment. The microchannels created close by the end of the first day but the skin is still sensitive so avoiding excessive heat, sun, and sweating for at least 2 days is recommended. Most patients can start wearing light makeup again after 24 hours.
  • How many treatments do I need?
Microneedling is best done in a series and we recommend between 3 - 6 treatments to get desired results (results can vary), depending on the concerns the person has. It is also a great maintenance treatment to do every 3 months to keep collagen production forming.

  • When should I expect to see results after microneedling?
Some feel immediate skin tightening but best results are seen over 4-6 weeks, this treatment decreases fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, and stretch marks. There is no significant downtime after treatment. You may need to follow through on an aftercare regime to avoid post-procedure complications. But there’s no need to allot several days or even weeks to recover, unlike surgery.
  • What is microneedling?
Microneedling uses very fine needles that penetrate the skin, which causes slight injury to the skin so that the skin responds by making new collagen-rich tissue. The new skin produced is more even in tone and texture, which is usually lost due to age and injury. With more collagen also comes more firmness to the skin. During your microneedling procedure, one of our professionals will gently make small pricks under the skin with a pen-like tool. The pinpricks are so tiny that it’s unlikely you’ll be able to see them after the procedure. The tool will be moved evenly across your skin in the treatment area so that the newly rejuvenated skin will be even as well. The microneedling treatment usually takes between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the procedure.
  • How many treatments does it usually take for scar revision?
Generally, you will need about 5-6 treatments a month 4-6 weeks apart.

  • Who should get IV Infusion therapy?
Students, families, business professionals, and athletes are just a few of the types of people who can benefit from IV Infusion therapy. Infusions can help improve overall health and well-being, boost energy levels, recover from illnesses more quickly, and address a variety of specific health targets and goals.
  • How does an IV Infusion work?
Intravenous (IV) infusions deliver saline solution through a small catheter and tubing directly into the bloodstream. This solution can include medications and vitamin supplements that are tailored to the individual. During therapy, the nurse inserts an IV line which is attached to a bag of saline solution. The bag is then hung on an IV pole and carries the fluid into the veins over time.
  • How long do IV Infusion treatments take?
Our IV treatments typically last between 30 – 45 minutes depending on the individual.
  • Why are vitamins and antioxidants important?
Our bodies need a consistent amount of vitamins and minerals to promote homeostasis and optimize health. Vitamin deficiencies can contribute to a variety of acute and long-term conditions. Antioxidants are an essential part of maintaining a healthy immune system, detoxifying your body and removing free radicals that can contribute to cellular damage. Antioxidants also play a role in energy production.
  • What are the benefits of IV Infusion therapy?
Infusion therapy is one of the most effective ways to deliver nutrients, vitamins, and fluids to your body, and is more efficient than oral supplements. This technique bypasses your digestive system and is administered directly into your bloodstream. Your body is able to absorb the maximum amount of nutrients and fluids since nothing is lost as a result of the digestive process. In addition, vitamins and nutrients become immediately available to your cells for use for fast results.
  • IV Infusions are named after cocktails, do they have alcohol in them?

  • What is a Neurotoxin Injection?
A Neruotoxin injection is commonly known as Botox. It is a neurotoxin injected into the facial muscles that cause frown lines, wrinkles, and crowsfeet. These neurotoxins relax the muscle and helps to smooth fine lines and wrinkles.
  • How Does It Work?
Using a very fine needle, neurotoxin is injected into the facial muscles that cause frown lines and crow’s feet. The ingredients in the neurotoxin bind to the acetylcholine receptors, essential in facial muscle contraction, and make it more difficult for muscle activity to occur. This reduces fine lines and wrinkles, giving you a more youthful appearance.
  • When Will I See Results From Getting Neurotoxin Injection?
You may see results as early as within 24 to 48 hours of injection, when the neurotoxin ingredients are still binding to the acetylcholine receptors. Results typically become visible in 7 to 10 days after injection, with the maximum effect visible at 30 days.
  • How Long Do Neurotoxin Injections Last?
The effects of neurotoxin injection can last anywhere from 3-6 months. As they wear off, previously treated lines and wrinkles may reappear. But, with repeated treatment, frown lines and crow’s feet often appear less severe than before, since the muscles have been trained to relax.
